How ordering works
1. Tell us how many you need this year and what should be engraved.
2. We send a proof of the engraving. Nothing gets built until you approve it.
3. We build to order — four to six weeks from approval.
4. We ship free to one US address. Multiple addresses quoted separately.
5. Invoiced monthly, or annually at 5% off.
Approve the plate once and you never place another order.
Questions
Is there a minimum?
No. Order one or order fifty. Program pricing starts at six a year.
How do we get it to a trade show?
Not to the convention center — that's where drayage fees live, and they can cost more than the flag. We ship to your office or exhibit house so it rides in your booth crate, or to your hotel, where one person can carry it in.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, quoted separately. Common for service awards going to people's homes.
Can we change an order after it's built?
The plate is engraved with your name, so once it's produced we can't change or restock it. That's why we proof everything first.
Is the flag altered?
No. Standard fifty-star flag. Your name is on the frame, never on the flag — so it can hang in a municipal building.
Who builds them?
We do, by hand, in our own shop in Lancaster, South Carolina. Every one.
The first one is free.
Give it to a client, hand it to someone retiring, or put it on your booth. If it lands the way it has for everyone else, we'll talk about the rest of your year. If it doesn't, keep the flag.
