Every piece is cut, painted and burned to order in Lancaster, South Carolina. Allow one to two weeks on the bench before it ships. Orders placed in December run longer; we post the cutoff date on the homepage each year.

Shipping is free on every order within the continental United States, with no minimum. Large flags travel in a fitted crate. Tracking is emailed the day a piece leaves the workshop.

Each flag is made to order, so we do not accept general returns. If a piece arrives damaged, or is not what the listing described, write to us within thirty days and we will repair it, replace it or refund it.

Photograph the carton before you unpack it and send the photographs with your order number. Claims are handled by us, not by the carrier, and we do not ask you to return a damaged piece before we build the replacement.
